He’s sinking fast. No one could surely have ever thought they’d end up in a reality like this. In name anyway, after, ahem, getting the most votes in their history, this is the president of the United States. Am I in some kind of bizarre dream?! And if I am, what has gone wrong with me that this is the kind of stuff I’m coming up with?!
You’d want to have watched an awful lot of very bad acting to somehow accept this guy as something real. It’s a bit like one of the weird scenes from Twin Peaks where a seemingly straight character is revealed to be some demon-possessed freak. Which is maybe exactly the truth of things, but anyway generally, regardless of whatever squalor lies beneath, we get presented with stuff on the surface a bit more plausible than this. This farce though is the best they could come up with this time.
