Incidentally, it was in 1935 under the Presidency of Franklin D Roosevelt that the strange re-designing of the US Dollar took place; this being the same FDR who wrote; "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government of the U.S. since the days of Andrew Jackson."
