Where’s the Liberalism in Liberalism (or who took it out)

I think it means they’re very liberal about how brutal they are willing to be to usher in and maintain the totalitarian state. I think it could probably be seen as the personality disorder of toxic narcissism as a political ideology - a completely false glossy surface, entirely for show, and underneath total toxicity. A relationship with another person is for the narcissist a means of taking their power from them and controlling them in order to bolster the messed up, dark shell of oneself. And you can’t appeal to their better nature, because for people like Trudeau, however they’ve ended up like this, there is in effect no better nature. They exist more like a computer program, running in the manner described.

And the analyst in the video is of course right - within collectivist ideologies the individual is very easily sacrificed for the “good” of the state. Freedom has to come from the ground up, i.e. individual liberties as the foundation, which is what makes the US Constitution such a great document and an enemy to be tore down by the toxic liberal/left collectivists.

edit: I’ve actually just watched this video from this guy’s channel, Sanity4Sweden, and he says something very similar about the truth beneath the glossy surface, but maybe more vividly and worth a look: https://rumble.com/vv8iy7-scared-austrian-gov-canadian-gov-beast-exposed-to-the-world.html?mref=6zof&mc=dgip3&utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Sanity4Sweden&ep=2
