Breathing, Humility, Pride

We don’t create the air we breathe through the act of breathing, nor do we create the spirit with our meditating or whatever practices.

Any thought of gaining enlightenment through our efforts or of “ascending” by doing so is, however subtly concealed, dangerously entwined in pride and egotism - that we create the spirit in us through our efforts. In the divide between the spirit and the carnal, which isn’t just flesh but also the individual self, this equates to the carnal. Just to reiterate that: in the divide of spirit and carnal, the self equates to the carnal. It’s not simply the body, and this self isn’t just going to give itself up. It is utterly entwined in us, and in the divide of spirit and flesh, to be humbled, with crucifixion being the ultimate vision of this. By “the world” in a negative sense is meant a world and in thrall to the self.

Within the world of the spirit, if the self isn’t humbled but tries to exalt itself, this equates to the wrong path. It ends up with Aleister Crowley and so on. Humbling isn’t weakness or cowardice. Imagine by contrast being arrogant about breathing. “Look how I sustain myself with my inhalations and exhalations. I have mastered many types of breathing. I am lord over the material universe!” Good man!

Young

Neil “Not So” Young has announced he is to soon be embarking on a Pfizer for Freedom tour of great pharmaceutical factories of the world with his band Crazy Horseshit. Whilst of course in these times staying isolated is advisable, still fans can be assured that everyone attempting to attend will have to provide evidence of being quadruple jabbed as well as passing an antigen and PCR test before being permitted entrance to the Rock N Roll Church of Freedom - as each venue will be called. Highly qualified medical security will then carefully seal audience members in biodegradable bubble wrap, before carefully showing them to their seating. Fans are asked, in spite of the bubble wrap, not to sing along to the songs for fear of spreading germs. It is also suggested eye contact between audience members is kept to a minimum for fear of spreading paranoia.

Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci will perform as dancing girls in accompaniment to the edgy, defiant music, whilst CNN will provide accurate information about Covid, including up-to-the-minute death counts, on giant screens behind the counter-cultural, anti-establishment rocker and his band.

According to a Pfizer spokesman, “At the heart of Neil Young’s music is a fearless message of ‘Rock n roll until I die,’ but we must take every precaution to ensure that we don’t die. And who knows, if we can just hang in there and medical science continues to advance, perhaps we never will.”

Suffered

“You know what’s really suffered for me during this whole thing?”
“What?”
“My faith in psychotic assholes.”

Liberal

“Why are modern liberals called liberal? They seem completely totalitarian to me. What is it they’re supposed to be liberal about?”
“Well, their ideal is totalitarianism, the totalitarian state, but they are very liberal about what means they are willing to use to get to that end.”
“Oh.”
“So like the way they used to be seemingly devoted to the class struggle - that was supposedly their entire reason for being. But then overnight they ditched that as unprofitable, and without even a glance backwards moved onto gender, race, climate, whatever. The issues aren’t important. They are just the means to the end, and so like I said these totalitarian “liberals” are very liberal about how to get to that desired end.”
“But most people who consider themselves liberals aren’t consciously looking to that end though, are they?”
“Most of them of course haven’t a clue what the end is, but they don’t need to, and it’s actually much better that they don’t know, as then the inner logic of these ideas is free to work through them unimpeded. So they’re for example willing to be completely totalitarian, not just theoretically but in practice - for instance right the way down to the camps and beyond - whilst thinking that they’re the opposite, that they’re liberal! If they knew they were totalitarian, they mightn’t be willing to be so useful.”

There always a blind man who always kept his house well lit. Why? I don’t know. Maybe to compensate for his blindness.

Train

There was a train of thought, of thoughts rather, going somewhere, presumably, but then the train crashed and the thoughts escaped.

Fashion News

I’m not normally well up on this kind of stuff, but I hear for 2022 there’s a chance faces could be coming back into fashion.

Immune System

The immune system recognises and fights off presences hostile to the health of the body. It doesn’t, when working efficiently, tolerate such harmful presences, it aggressively repels them. We should probably behave much the same with what we allow into ourselves in terms of what we watch or allow in on the level of intellect or spirit - a daily diet of mainstream news propaganda or whatever drivel. Loads of things aren’t just allowed pour in to us that we are failing to recognise as harmful or superfluous, and mess with our well being. Obviously the same should apply at the level of society. Tolerating or failing to recognise and deal with toxicity isn’t a positive. Thinking it is a positive is itself a manifestation of a compromised immune system. Our bodies shouldn’t fight off the cancer cells invading the body - that would be intolerant. Let everything in!

It’s probably a general principle that if you tolerate toxicity without an attitude of engagement and repelling, if this process is allowed see itself out to its conclusion, you end with a toxicity that tolerates nothing but toxicity! Thus at the level of the body, the cancer overwhelms the system to the point of death. Summing those mad times up very crudely, the Weimar Republic tolerated the Nazis, then amidst this spirit of tolerance and compromise, the Nazis took over and tolerated nothing but Nazism.

Zingg and Snow Again

A couple of village or rural snow scenes by this French artist, Jules Emile Zingg (1882-1942). I just find his works very soothing to the soul - which in certain periods can be no small thing!

Pond

“So you’re putting a pond into your garden now,”
“I am yeah. It’s nearly done. It’s looking good.”
“You know something very important if you want your pond to be healthy?”
“No, what?”
“Don’t have some pipe coming from somewhere pouring raw sewage into it.”
“I wasn’t going to.”
“But if you did, you could be forever trying to sort out the water in the pond, some expert devises some system for you, special plants are put in to absorb chemicals or whatever - and all the while you’ve still got this pipe still pouring sewage into the pond. That would be the real issue.”

Laboratories

Joe reaches new heights. “They scrub down the laboratories - I mean the laboratories kids go to to go to the bathroom.” Those are good laboratories all right. I imagine Biden’s accompanying and illustrative
hand movements might have helped anyone out who was getting a bit confused there. This is the man, so the story goes, his fingers on the scientific pulse, who is steering the most powerful nation on earth through the stormy seas of life. Bring on the storms.
My motto regarding the advice and dictates of leaders like Biden is listen, trust, obey. And every now and then go to the laboratory.

Balance

For a device or object to be balanced when afloat in water, the mass of it should be under the water, else of course it would be very unstable. Whatever about calmer waters, when rougher weather comes in, such objects won’t do well. Same with us regarding the division of life between internal and external. Our weight comes from the internal, under the waterline, which is reflected then in the external, above the waterline.

The Coronavirus Narrative and Its Demonic Methodology

This goes back to May 2020, and is by an Orthodox priest, Father Peter Heers. Very impressive and informed stuff, regardless of one’s position regarding faith.

Musical Offshoot

Lead singer of Deep State Cabal, Klaus SSchwab, has formed a new group called Klaus SSchwab and the Psychopaths. Fans of Deep State Cabal needn’t worry as this is only intended as a sideline for SSchwab. This new group’s debut release Genocide is Such an Ugly Word should be in all good record shops from next Monday. SSchwab describes the song as in the style of heavy metal folk opera. Tony Blair is on rhythm guitar, while Bette Midler and Madonna provide backing vocals. Hunter Biden has  kindly looked after the artwork for the single “for a reasonable fee.” Some lyrics from the song below:

Genocide is such an ugly word
I prefer to call it the culling of the herd
Please don’t look at me like I’m deranged
You must believe me that I’ve changed
I no longer want to turn you into slaves.
Love
Love and peace for all
Whether you’re big
Or whether you’re small
It may come as a surprise
But when you look deep into my eyes
I’m sure you’ll see my psychotic tendencies have died.
Love
Love and peace for all . . .

Djokovic Was Threat to Civil Order

So ultimately Djokovic was deported not because of anything he did or didn’t do but because his presence might threaten disorder as he had thoughts in his head that were not in line with official thoughts, and his having these thoughts might also encourage others to have similar thoughts. Only 93% of Australians were vaccinated. There could have been chaos. The lesson we’ve all learnt here is we must watch what we think. You might be the greatest tennis player in the history of the Australian Open, but what’s far more relevant is being ideologically sound regarding how you feel about the pharmaceutical industry. That is the true measure of sporting excellence.

Anyway another slice of life from Australia below, where, sadly, the general public, those ignorant unfortunates the authorities do everything to protect and serve, display an unhealthy aversion to subjecting themselves to the rigours of a police state. Such perverse displays of freedom loving should be quashed in all freedom loving nations of the world.

Most Important

“What’s the most important element for someone who wants to get a natural tan?”
“The sun.”
“No, the most important element is the will-power and focus of the person.”
“You’re wrong there.”

Asylum

A lunatic asylum - for the interests of this piece I’ll use that rather than psychiatric hospital. So anyway, a lunatic asylum, over the front entrance in massive writing is the sign:

We’re In This Together.

The same words on a more humble scale adorn also, as a helpful reminder, most rooms of the building.

Germany

This is the product of sick and laughable minds. There’s no pretence to sanity left here; it’s now just naked, tyrannical madness on open display.
That’s the thing about the kind of mindset behind this stuff - it’s not just deranged morally, it’s also deranged intellectually. It might be effective in its methods of intimidation and control, but underneath it’s not evil but sane, it’s evil and insane. A psychopath is insane, but he could still be an efficient psychopath. Actually, being unbalanced serves the deranged obsession as all one’s faculties and powers are obsessively in service of it.

“But I don’t understand. We did everything they said. Why won’t they leave us alone!?”
“You’ve been obeying deranged people. You don’t get good results from bowing down to derangement. The deranged don’t suddenly become benign and sane after all the bowing down. The bowing down just feeds their derangement. It’s only pushing back against them that curbs or defeats them.”

Project Veritas, Fauci, Media

Here James O Keefe is interviewed on the latest documents on Fauci’s more than dubious actions, and also on how the media became a propagandist tool or seamless extension of the powers that be rather than a means of investigating and holding them to account. Also is mentioned the black comedy of the official position regarding Covid that, to push the vaccine agenda, no other treatment is supposed to exist - even though we know perfectly well effective treatments do exist. The next question is why is this obvious fraud being perpetrated. One answer is simply that vaccines equate to staggering profits to drug companies - and massive gains to the people they are free to reward bounteously to help them along with this, perhaps the greatest gravy train in human history. It’s not the only answer though, and when for instance Bill Gates has talked of the desirability of reducing the world’s population and that vaccines would help effect this reducing, then this is something probably worth thinking about. It’s also though even still not the only other possible relevant answer as to why this bizarre, criminal pretence that no medical treatment other than vaccines is possible, or even permissible.

Rodolphe Bresdin

 View of a Medieval Town.
I’d never even heard of this very individual nineteenth century artist until a few days ago. Given the very detailed nature of his pictures, probably worth clicking on the image to make it full screen. Brings to mind also the world and mindset of the novel Titus Groan by Melvyn Peake.

Anti

“You know within Christianity the opposing spirit is the anti-Christ, and this can to a large degree generally be equated with the worldly powers, and what governs them. That’s even one of the temptations by the devil of Jesus in the wilderness - rule over the kingdoms of the world.
In life for Christians, the most important thing is of course not allegiance to the body, which will die, but allegiance to Christ. If fear for the body and allegiance to the world came first, then Christianity would have died as soon as Christ’s followers saw him condemned to death and executed as a criminal. To be a Christian was to go against the world, and even its laws. The same later under Roman authorities who persecuted Christians viciously. For such believers to obey the world would here be to disown God, and for Christianity to effectively die.
So anyway there is by definition within this faith a state of war always going on between the spirit of Christ and that of anti-Christ, and the spirit of anti-Christ wants to totally defeat Christ and his church - to shut it down. To crush the entire faith.”
“Well I suppose so yeah, though this all gets watered down now so as not to offend our sensibilities! Spirituality has to be cosy without any ordeals or opposing forces.”
“What is a very blatant sign current worldly authorities are of the spirit of anti-Christ?”
“Tell me.”
“They shut down the churches. And what is a great sign the churches were of the same spirit, or subject to it?”
“What?”
“They agreed to it.”
“An awful lot of stuff has been revealed all right. For a few weeks it might have seemed fair enough, but after that it was just ridiculous. It all brings to mind that quote : “Because you are neither hot nor cold but lukewarm, I spit you out of my mouth.”

Silence and Words

Silence is a mystery of the age to come, but words are instruments of this world.

Isaac the Syrian.

Seams

“It was all patched together, with the seams showing, and so badly acted.”
“You know, they left the seams showing in purpose, so that it would be noticed by the right people.”

Dostoevsky, Demons.

Quiet

I’d gone very quiet there for a bit. Why? Had I nothing to say? No, I’ve plenty to say but maybe I’d already said it, and as a general rule we’re probably better off not repeating ourselves. That might though get a bit embarrassing - that is if we really tried to put that into practice, not repeating ourselves … Awkward silences everywhere as we desperately try to come up with something new. In the end we give up and go back to repeating ourselves. Or else I suppose we could reach for our phones. No one might even notice the awkward silences.

But anyway, whatever about being quiet, it is better to produce sound rather than mere noise. If there was a well of silence and a well of noise, a musician should draw from the silence, not the noise. That’s my advice. And not just musicians - I didn’t intend to leave everyone else out. I wasn’t trying to be a cultural snob … or who knows, maybe I was - I was advising from on high the musicians of the world … Underneath the surface we can be so crude … pride, vanity … and so subtle in our expressions of this crudeness. Everything - all this crudeness - gets masked or justified. We have to watch ourselves, otherwise who knows where all this crudeness leads us.
Anyway, I probably shouldn’t just cut myself off like this, in mid-stream, but I’m afraid there’s things to do.

More Nazi

One of the most famous or infamous sporting episodes is the 1936 Olympics where to the presumed fury of the Nazis and Adolfo Hitler, the black American athlete Jesse Owens won four gold medals. The Nazis, despite their vile racial theories, didn’t try to stop him competing. Now however the Australian authorities are doing everything possible to prevent 9 time winner Novak Djokovic from competing because of not taking an experimental and potentially dangerous drug which by normal standards of vaccine efficiency doesn’t work (“Your two vaccine doses already no longer work. Get another one. They’re great.”)
The Australian authorities are more Nazi than the Nazis.

2022 The Music Will Never Die

Things have been a bit quiet on the music front for a few weeks after the exhausting run-up to Christmas, but now Fake News Shitstorm are back in the saddle with their new release Why Don’t You Love Me Anymore? Some of the lyrics to this emotionally powerful song below:

Don’t say you don’t believe me
Because it might make me cry
Don’t say you’re going to leave me
Because I’m scared to ask you why.
Don’t leave me
Don’t leave me
Don’t leave me
Don’t leave me
Love me love me love me
No don’t you ever leave me
Just love me
Because I’m beautiful
I’m so beautiful
And I’m truthful
So truthful
I’ve got a degree in media studies
And I’ve said all the right things
So let me be the one you believe in
And don’t you ever be leaving
Don’t leave me
Don’t leave me
Don’t leave me . . .

To be honest, even just writing out those lyrics made me quite emotional. The b-side is All I’m Asking is One More Chance to Tell You the Truth.

Why is the World so False?

This will hopefully be a very succinct version of the answer to this question, and deal in broad strokes!

What is meant by the world is life fixed at the material and egotistic level - thus the negative description of someone being very worldly. A very strong statement of the world is “Business is business” - which specifically implies ethics here is an irrelevance and naive intrusion - and so the vibration is materialism, and things like conscience are irrelevant and alien.

Freedom is freedom from confinement, the world tries to fix life within confinement at this bodily level. If people’s sense of being is fixed here, they can be very easily manipulated. Someone free of total body identification is much less easily dictated to. The spirit, which cannot be quantified, is alien and the enemy of this materialistic realm. Thus Jesus says, “If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” The world wants you to remain within its vibration, and hates someone breaking free of this confinement. You can see what has been happening with Novak Djokovic and all “unvaccinated” in this light.

So onto the question of who typically comprises “the world”, its leading players across its congealed structures of media, politics, etc. Someone can be in the world but not of the world, but here we’re looking at those in the world and of the world.

The world recognises and will reward its own. And who are its own? They are people who are prepared to progress ever more through an obstacle course where everything that isn’t of the world is overcome or rather ditched. Thus these people become more and more of the world, and less and less of the spirit. In the end there is nothing but world in them.

Creation, Hopes

I’m not going to create this, whatever follows, out of nothing. What do I mean by that? I’m not sure, it just came to me, though it must have resonated with me at some level - I didn’t feel in contradiction with it. If there was some contradiction, however deeply and subconsciously, I’d still have felt it, like grit, within me. Anyway I presumably meant I wasn’t simply going to start writing from some kind of internal monologue from off the top of my head, rather than say picking some respectable subject and weighing in on it.

But even if it does come out as more the internal rambling rather than the serious, public, respectable stuff, still it’s a shared language after all, I didn’t come up with it, and so whatever I come out with, still I’m not creating out of nothing. It might seem to be just the fuel of myself being emitted into the atmosphere, so to speak, but I am in truth drawing from and adding to the treasury of human commonality that embraces us all, and which ennobles all public discourse. That’s one of the reasons, by the way, I ration my intake of public discourse to the point of almost total abstinence - my system finds it hard to digest so much nobility. If I do try to digest some of it, I’m likely to end up in some kind of violent fit of vomiting - in some kind of spiritual sense.

I did hope - though I’m not to be honest sure what if anything I hoped - but - whatever about the treasury of shared language, etc - perhaps I really did hope to write about some definite thing or other rather than just coming out with whatever came out … But then of course what, within this deep reality, is the point of expectations if they’re not there to be dashed? Well I suppose the point might be more that they’d be fulfilled. That’s what we might hope for anyway. But hopes or not, something got written, and that in itself is  the fulfilment of something.

Clever

“I’ve a new one for you.”
“What is it?”
“It’s mathematics. If you fell from a height and landed in a heap on the ground, what velocity would you have been falling at as you were approaching the ground but just before you crashed into it?”
“I don’t think I can answer that.”
“It’s clever, isn’t it?”
“Maybe it is.”
“And there’s more. What velocity would you be moving at after you’ve crashed into the ground and are lying there in a heap on it?”
“You wouldn’t be at any velocity.”
“Expand please.”
“You’d be immobile. No movement, therefore no velocity.”
“Reasoning is a wonderful gift.”

Ways

“If you had two ways open to you and one was the right way and one was the wrong way, which one would you choose?”
“The right one obviously. I’d hardly choose the wrong one.”
“But if you had no way of knowing which was the right one and which was the wrong one, which would you choose then?”
“How am I supposed to answer that?!”
“I’m just asking which one would you choose.”
“But I’d have no way of knowing which way was right or which way was wrong?”
“No.”
“I suppose I’d just have to have a guess and hope for the best.”
“Is that the best you could come up with?”
“Under the circumstances, probably yeah.”
“And what if there was a bear on the wrong way?”
“A bear?”
“Yeah, a big bear.”
“Well, I’d just have to hope I picked the way without the bear.”
“And what if there was another bear on the right way?”
“Another bear?! How could it be the right way so?!”
“Well it would still be the right way, but there’d happen to be a bear there too.”
“Did you think this stuff through before you started asking me about it?”
“No, I’m just coming up with it spontaneously as we go along.”
“Look I’m going to have to head off now. Maybe we can come back to this later.”
“All right so.”

Servility Again, Light

Just on that last piece (https://wwwinabstentia-andrewk.blogspot.com/2022/01/in-defence-of-servility.html) about how servility defends itself through wilful ignorance, the following from the Gospel of John:

The light came into the world, and people loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil. For all who do evil hate the light, so that their deeds may not be exposed. But those who do what is true come to the light …

And so, as a logical continuation of this, those who “innocently” side with evil also protect themselves from the knowledge of this exposing light, as it is ultimately an attack on them also. They voluntarily remain in darkness so as to feel comfortable and justified in their remaining with “the world.”

In Defence of Servility

How to defend personal servility beneath whatever may be going on: be careful not to find about things. Because when someone makes sure not to know about these unpleasant things, then they’re innocent of the knowledge of them!
“The governments were doing these kinds of tyrannical things? I had no idea. Not a clue. It was all so concealed. How could I have known?”
“But weren’t various people telling you, even perhaps members of your own family ? They could even show you the direct visible proof. It would only have taken you a couple of minutes of your time to see exactly what they were saying and doing.”
“I made sure I didn’t look at any of it. They were just crazy.”
“But they were right.”
“How was I to know? So anyway like I said, I had no idea all this stuff was going on.”
“But it was also happening right in front of your face.”
“It was all very, very subtle. No one had a clue what was really going on. Even the news didn’t know what was happening.”
“I suppose they were also busy making sure not to know.”
“Yes, so you see everything we were told made so much sense. No one knew any different.”

Landscape Cloud

However apt a translation of the title that is I’ve no idea, but anyway a painting from 1953 by Nicolas de Stael.

2020 Will Be Great

The entire world order embodied by this man just feels so legitimate. I do admit though, despite all the legitimacy, when this man takes on the caring, pleading tone, my soul does seem to make a desperate attempt to flee my body and this defiled material realm. I’m not sure how subjective or real this experience may be.
Anyway, I’m looking forward to the rest of 2020. There’s reasons to be hopeful folks. We can make it all the way through to 2021. We just need to do the right thing. Seriously. No joke.

These

These words are here. Where else could they be?

Pressure to Create

Okay, again a few words, not that I know what they will be, before I head out. The pressure to create invokes creation - I just came up with that there. That’s the kind of thing that ensues when you don’t just do nothing until inspiration falls generously from above upon your gentle soul. There’s things to be said for a bit of dynamism even in the realms of creation … maybe, come to think of it, even especially in the realms of creation! You don’t get much creating done sitting doing nothing after all. Anyway, the pressure on my time to go out I’m afraid is superseding the pressure to involve myself in artistic creation so that’s this for now.

Shitheads

“There was this world, and running much of it were these shitheads.”
“Were they benevolent?”
“No, malevolent.”
“Malevolent shitheads? They’re the worst kind.”

More Zingg and Winter

By French artist Jules Emile Zingg.

Sustenance

I’m about to head out but must write something quick to feed the masses. “What masses?' You’re not read by the masses!” Brutal but undeniable. I am not read by the masses but maybe by some kind of spiritual/intellectual osmosis! what I write will indeed provide sustenance for the masses. Maybe not but either way it’s probably not a belief that will do much harm. Maybe for someone more unsettled it might do a bit of harm - they might get very exalted notions of their accomplishments in the general scheme of things - but I don’t think that’s a particular threat for me.
So anyway, masses or not, this is what I’ve written before I head out.

Ultimately

Ultimately there’s only two choices in life: to become a monster of egotism or a saint, and there’s nothing in between. Well, you might say there’s lots in between and that’s where most of us are, in between - but that doesn’t really count for anything. That might sound surprising - the in between where nearly everyone is doesn’t really count, and it’s only either side of it where very few are is all that counts. In between doesn’t count because it isn’t pushing anything towards its conclusion. Sainthood or diabolism however are pushing things towards conclusions, and so it’s here that things are worked out, finalised. Truths are arrived at whereas in between there’s just wandering about, a few steps here and a few steps back the other way. But if you continue along these steps without turning back, you see where you come to.

Off the Beaten Path

Everyone is sick of certain subjects, however admittedly important or topical, and so, out of consideration for alI of us, I am not going to here be writing anything about Brexit. But I never do write anything about Brexit! That’s true too. I admit I never got that excited about the subject. That particular collapse of Western civilisation moment didn’t for some reason particularly capture the zeitgeist of myself. I could have spent several years furiously immersed in the seriousness of it all, stressed out of my mind, digesting everything everyone wise and serious said about it, before suddenly - a traitor to the cause - abandoning the subject and moving onto some other topic, and being even much more furiously immersed in that, however that could be managed. But I didn’t.

You might have thought we would have only so many reserves to dedicate to such issues that make one’s joy in life evaporate, but no, it seems one could spend one’s whole life doing little but being immersed in them. Maybe there is some kind of pay-off in tandem with that evaporation, but it’s not, whatever it is rushing to mind. Maybe it’s a sense of belonging, and the co-habitation within this communal depression, fed by a diet of devoted news watching, gives a sense of purpose to one’s meagre life. Otherwise, not partaking in the cult of fear - that description is disrespectful and unfair but it’s just the words that came out - but anyway, as I was saying, otherwise you might be comparatively happy going about your life comparatively untouched, but on the other hand you’re anonymous, the great moments of history are passing you by, and you could even say you’re insulting everyone with this obliviousness. It’s disrespectful to the great moments, to the great issues that bind us and make us who we are.

Saint Paisios

This is the full documentary from a series on Saint Paisius/Paisios which I watched lately over several days. He lived from 1924 to 1994, and is apparently revered in Greece and the Orthodox Church as a genuine saint - which seems pretty unarguable. The translation to English isn’t from a native speaker but it’s not a problem. Below is an amusing quote I saw from him elsewhere:

Thoughts are like airplanes flying in the air. If you ignore them, there is no problem. If you pay attention to them, you create an airport inside your head and permit them to land!
