This is the product of sick and laughable minds. There’s no pretence to sanity left here; it’s now just naked, tyrannical madness on open display.

That’s the thing about the kind of mindset behind this stuff - it’s not just deranged morally, it’s also deranged intellectually. It might be effective in its methods of intimidation and control, but underneath it’s not evil but sane, it’s evil and insane. A psychopath is insane, but he could still be an efficient psychopath. Actually, being unbalanced serves the deranged obsession as all one’s faculties and powers are obsessively in service of it.

“But I don’t understand. We did everything they said. Why won’t they leave us alone!?”

“You’ve been obeying deranged people. You don’t get good results from bowing down to derangement. The deranged don’t suddenly become benign and sane after all the bowing down. The bowing down just feeds their derangement. It’s only pushing back against them that curbs or defeats them.”
