Calendar Boys

In an exciting follow-up to the previous post, twelve of Britain's top intellectuals are to feature in a glossy calandar for the upmarket publication, Nouveau Conservative. The calendar shows the scantily clad intellectuals in a series of suggestive poses, generally involving provocative use of choice examples of modern weaponry.
Artin Mamis described the experience as "liberating", while Mills & Boon author Ewan MacIan said he felt stimulated in places he didn't know existed. Deep thinking Roderick "Tobacco" Scrotum, pictured draped in the Stars & Stripes, said the doing the photos made him feel "horny." He could only imagine what using the weapons in real-life situations against sub-human offal must be like. Another great of the mind said he hadn't felt this good since getting the "Friends" dvd boxset for Christmas.

It's a bit sexist, isn't it? Why not a few females?

These are nouveau conservatives, Neil. If they thought an all-male calendar was appropriate, there's little anyone could do to change their minds. We're talking very real men.

Ah, I see. But are the majority of conservatives really closet sexual deviants? I have harboured that suspicion for some time. There is something about their smarmy, self-righteous, smug containment that doesn't ring true. Beneath the pinstripe suit, behind the oleaginous demeanour, are consealed raging torents of indiscriminate sexual desire, from which no living creature, left-wing ideologue or fluffy Pekinese, is safe.

Though I think the nouveau conservatism within nouveau conservatism & its tour of the middle east would be better described as nouveau fascism. I'm not quite sure what Dick Cheney is conservative about.
As for the sexual side of things, look up Bohemian Grove, the wonderful 'holiday camp' think tank where the ruling elites gather in California every July, I think it might be. Only males allowed, & certainly a hotbed of sexual activity.
Uber-male crossdressing J Edgar Hoover an obvious example of the type you mention.
There's also the Franklin case which I posted on previously.
